
About This Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with onboarding our customers
- Provide responsive support across multiple channels to our customers
- Collect valuable feedback to help enhance our product and features
- Build repeatable support processes as we rapidly scale in Australia and prepare for global expansion
Requirements:
- 2-4+ years in customer support, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
- Strong understanding of business challenges around credit management and risk
- Excellent communicator
- Problem-solver with a genuine desire to help business succeed
Nice to have:
- Experience with credit reporting systems, payment data analysis, or financial risk management
