About This Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with onboarding our customers
  • Provide responsive support across multiple channels to our customers
  • Collect valuable feedback to help enhance our product and features
  • Build repeatable support processes as we rapidly scale in Australia and prepare for global expansion

Requirements:

  • 2-4+ years in customer support, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of business challenges around credit management and risk
  • Excellent communicator
  • Problem-solver with a genuine desire to help business succeed

Nice to have:

  • Experience with credit reporting systems, payment data analysis, or financial risk management
